ICIPEA 2023 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. All submitted papers (in DOC/PDF) should be written in English. Each paper will be reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work. Please submit your manuscript to the email:icipea@163.com

Authors are recommended to conduct similarity check through iThenticate before submission.The amount of duplication should not exceeds 25%. Please notice that the plagiarism detection will be performed throughout the review and publication process. If a paper is withdrawn or declined due to high percentage of similarity, no refund will be accepted.
作者可在论文投稿前自行查重（推荐使用iThenticate），重复率务必控制在25%以下（包括参考文献）。论文提交后，出版社将进行质量审核并查重，若因重复率撤稿或退稿，注册费不予退还。
